Fill in your business details, including your ABN, and send your request.

Once approved, log in with the email and password you nominated and place your order.

Can anyone shop at Ela-Mar?
Yes. Our warehouse at 5 Calcite Street in Broken Hill is open to the public as well as to businesses, so you don’t need an account to come in and shop. Our online shop and phone ordering are set up for account holders.
How do I open an account?
If your business has an ABN, head to our online shop, click Request access and fill in your details. We’ll get back to you within one business day to set up your account. If you’d rather talk it through first, call us on (08) 8087 7153 between 8am and 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Do I need an ABN to order online?
Yes, online accounts are for businesses with an ABN. If you’re an existing Ela-Mar customer, you can log in and order any time, day or night.
Can I phone through an order?
Yes, anyone can phone through a phone order. Call (08) 8087 7153 during trading hours and we’ll put your order together for pick-up or delivery.
Where do you deliver?
Local delivery is available for orders over $50, to addresses across Broken Hill. If you’re further afield in Far West NSW, we can drop your order to a local transport depot in Broken Hill so it can travel on with your regular freight.
What do you stock?
We carry over 6,000 products across our shelves, fridges and freezers, from dry goods and bakery lines to frozen goods, drinks and cleaning supplies. You’ll find brands Broken Hill knows well, including Arnott’s, Jasol, Bega, Inghams, Steggles, MasterFoods, Beerenberg and Sara Lee. If you can’t see what you’re after, ask us and we’ll order it in for you.
